Coders are selected on the strength of their skills and experience.
No coder using IDEs (Such as Dreamweaver, Frontpage etc...) will be accepted. No third-party-module (such as Drupal, Joomla, Ruby-on-Rails, Miva etc) will be accepted.
We demand original code.
Code must be written in plain text, clear and well commented, to allow later changes by any other qualified programmer.
Applications must perform identically on all major browsers (IE, FF, Opera, Netcape, Safari), and at any resolution from 800 to 1660 pixel/line.
Applications must use AJAX (or Sajax in Php) and respond to Web 2.0 Standard requirements.
To apply, submit some active and working URLs of your designs, together with the source code on any one module of your code: It will be judged on its clarity and easiness to follow.
Once approved, you will become a member and will receive requests from potential customers. You can then place your bid and, if selected, earn a decent income for your hardly acquired skills!

The Bid Process:- A client submits a request.
- The Artist create mockup images and submit them to the Buyer, together with their bids for the design.
- Once selected, the design is uploaded to our server, for coders to see.
- The Coder analyses the requirements, establish or complete the specification and submits a bid.
- The Coder's bid being accepted, the Buyer escrows the funds to our account.
- The Coder completes the work, keeping regular contacts with the Buyer.
- Once the work is completed, you upload a copy to our server.
- We transfer the work to the Buyer, and the funds to the Artist and Coder (less our fee)!
- We keep a one off fee of 180€ on the work done, 1/3 being charged to each party involved. |
